1. Scope

These terms apply to every bonus, free-spin award, cashback and promo code offered on this platform, and they apply in addition to the Terms & Conditions. Each individual offer also carries its own headline conditions — amount, multiplier, minimum deposit, eligible games, expiry — shown before you claim it. Where an offer and this page disagree, the offer’s own conditions at the moment you claimed it govern.

2. Who can claim

You must be 18 or over, with an account in good standing, and not self-excluded.
Some offers require identity verification before the bonus becomes active. Until that is done the grant sits in a pending state and bets do not count towards it.
One active bonus per currency. A new grant is refused while one is running — finish, forfeit or let the current one expire first.
"First deposit only" means the first deposit on your first account. Country, tier and payment-method restrictions are stated on the offer.
Employees and their immediate family cannot claim.

3. How a bonus is held

Bonus funds are credited to a separate, locked balance. They are not withdrawable, and they do not become withdrawable by accident: converting them to real money is an explicit, separately recorded ledger transfer that only happens when the wagering requirement is met.

Your real balance is always staked first. Bonus funds are only used once real funds run out.
The wallet shows real and bonus balances separately, along with progress towards the requirement, at all times.
Every contribution to that progress is recorded per bet. Nothing is recomputed from an aggregate afterwards, which is why the number you see is reproducible.

4. Wagering requirement

The requirement is the bonus amount multiplied by the offer’s multiplier — 30× unless the offer says otherwise. A $50 bonus at 30× must see $1,500 of qualifying wagering before it converts.

For free spins, where the spins live at the game supplier and cost us nothing to issue, the requirement is calculated from the notional value of the spins — spin count times the per-spin bet value times the multiplier — and it is fixed at the moment of the grant. Free-spin wins, not the zero-value spins themselves, drive the progress.

5. Game contribution

Not every game contributes at the same rate. Unless an offer states otherwise:

Slots: 100% of the stake counts.
Originals (Dice, Crash, Limbo, Plinko, Mines): 50% of the stake counts.
Table games: 10% of the stake counts.
Live dealer: Does not contribute.

Rates are set per offer and are visible before you claim. A game excluded from an offer contributes nothing, and betting on it while a bonus is active does not advance the requirement.

6. Maximum bet while wagering

Offers may cap the stake per bet while the bonus is active. A bet above the cap is refused at the point of placing it — we do not take the bet and void it later. Repeatedly hitting the cap is treated as an abuse indicator and puts the grant in front of a reviewer.

7. Expiry

Every grant has a window, 14 days by default, running from the moment it is issued. If the requirement is not met inside the window the grant expires: the remaining locked bonus balance is removed, and anything you have already converted to real money stays yours. Expiry runs on a scheduled job, so a grant remains playable until that job runs.

8. Forfeiting and revocation

You may forfeit an active bonus at any time — for example, to withdraw immediately. Forfeiting removes the locked bonus balance and any winnings still attributable to it. Your own money is never touched.
We may revoke a grant where an offer’s conditions are not met, where the account is under investigation, or where the abuse indicators below apply. Every revocation is recorded with a reason and the name of the person who made the decision.
A bet that is rolled back is rolled back in the wagering progress too. If a rollback would take you back below the requirement after the bonus has already converted, we do not claw the cash back — once it is real money, it stays real money.

9. Promo codes

Codes are not case-sensitive and are redeemed from the promotions page or the deposit form.
Each code has a total redemption cap and a per-player cap; when either is reached the code stops working.
A code that has expired, that you have already used, or for which you are not eligible tells you exactly which of those it is.
Codes have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.

10. Bonus abuse

Bonus abuse is the most common form of fraud in this industry, and the patterns are well known. The following are reviewed by a person, never blocked automatically:

multiple accounts sharing a device fingerprint, network or deposit address, each holding an active grant;
a withdrawal requested within minutes of a bonus converting, with no other play;
a pattern of low-risk, near-even-money wagering designed to clear a requirement without exposure;
repeated maximum-bet violations on the same grant;
a cycle of claiming, having a grant revoked, and claiming again;
a bonus-derived balance grossly out of proportion to the deposit that triggered it.

Where abuse is established, the bonus and any winnings derived from it are void, and the account may be closed. Deposits you made yourself are returned.

11. Changes to offers

We can add, pause, change or withdraw an offer at any time. Changes never apply retroactively: a grant already issued keeps the multiplier, contribution table, cap and window it had when it was issued, even if we edit the offer afterwards. Questions go to support@softico.app.
